So yet another “role model” has fallen because he couldn’t keep it in his pants.

Yawn.

I could not give less of a crap about who Tiger Woods does or doesn’t sleep with if I ate nothing but cheese every day for a month. What I do care about is having actual news co-opted to cover something that should by all rights be relegated to the covers of and their ilk.

It’s bad enough that the national media is frothing at the mouth over this. But the local media is practically setting up all-Tiger-all-the-time channels.

I guess I forgot to mention I live in Tiger’s neighborhood.

He lives in the exclusive subdivision part of Windermere, while I live down at the dodgy end (bonus points for getting the reference), but it’s not unusual around here to see various members of the PGA and the NBA (not to mention several acronymmed boy bands) driving around in their Escalades and Lexii, or parked next to you at the Starbuck’s across the street. Now we can add reporters and camera crews to the mix.

On the other hand, I guess I should be grateful that it’s knocked the all-Casey-Anthony-all-the-time channels off the air. For now.

What methods of birth control does tri-care cover?

I'm just wondering if anyone know what methods of birth control the tri-care military insurance will cover? Thanks for any info!
Are there brand restrictions?

Tri-care Prime covers everything. pills, patch, IUD, Mirena, Depo, Nuva-ring, and more.

There are no particular brnad restrictions. if the military pharmacy carries it, it's free. if you want something that is not available at the hospital pharmacy, you can take your perscription off-base and have it filled at a civilian pharmacy. you will have to pay a co-pay. With tricare Prime the co-pay is $3-9 depending on what you are getting.

I have personally gotten 3 types of BC Pills, Mirena, Nuva-Ring and the Patch through the military. The patch is definitely the best!
